The computer weather models at the moment are forecasting moderate amounts of rainfall for SEQ & most of eastern Queensland. During the next 7 days a series of lows are set to push event accumulated totals up to and over 200mm+ in the worst affected areas along the Queensland coast and adjacent inland. Widespread falls of 100-150mm are likely. The above average rainfall is expected to continue in bursts through December & January 2022 into Summer and Autumn 2023.
